Forschende des Karlsruher Instituts für Technologie (KIT) und der Universität Heidelberg haben einen Fotolack für den Zwei-Photonen-Mikrodruck entwickelt, mit dem erstmals dreidimensionale polymere Mikrostrukturen mit Hohlräumen in Nanogröße hergestellt werden können.
