Besonders effiziente Tandem-Solarzellen, die aus Silikon und einer semi-transparenten Perowskit-Schicht bestehen

Drei Institute forschen an Perowskit-basierter Optoelektronik, wie z. B. Solarzellen, Fotodetektoren und Leuchtdioden (LEDs). Im sogenannten AMYS-Projekt haben sich Labors der EPFL, der ETH Zürich und der Empa zusammengeschlossen, um neue chemische Zusammensetzungen und einfache, skalierbare sowie kostengünstige Produktionsmethoden zu erforschen.
