Der US-amerikanische System-in-Package-Spezialist (SiP) Octavo Systems hat eine Hochleistungsprozessor-/System-on-Chip-Kombination auf der Basis der AMD-XiLinx Zynq UltraScale+ MpSoC-Architektur in einem 20,5mm x 40mm-BGA kombiniert. Das OSDZU3 genannte SiP ist etwa 60 % kleiner als ein äquivalentes Systemdesign auf Basis diskreter Komponenten.
