The expansion of the ICAPE Group continues: the global PCB supplier has taken over the Dutch company JAPCC. The new business unit will operate under the name ICAPE Netherlands. Founded in 2003, the company offers the Group a highly qualified team and a state-of-the-art facility.
The two CEOs Cyril Calvignac (ICAPE Group) and Melvin Brummelhuis, JAPCC, signed the agreement in November 2021. "The partnership enables us to offer our customers a broader range of products, technologies, services and suppliers. Thanks in part to the ICAPE Group's global presence with headquarters in France, America and China, we can benefit from globalization and scale. This opens up great opportunities for growth in the Dutch market and further expansion in the German market," says Brummelhuis.
