Heissenberger Leiterplattentechnik (HLT), based in Beuren near Esslingen (Baden-Württemberg), has been acquired by the ICAPE Group. The takeover was carried out by the German subsidiary ICAPE Deutschland and was financed 100% monetarily.
HLT supplies around 50 well-known customers with high-tech printed circuit boards, has its own logistics capacities and a network of six suppliers, and primarily serves industries such as automotive, home automation, telecommunications, aerospace and medical technology.
The requirements of these industries are characterized by a high degree of diversity in small and medium quantities. In 2022, HLT generated sales of more than € 4 million. Thanks to its diversified customer portfolio, HLT has a high synergy potential with the German subsidiary of the ICAPE Group.
ICAPE hopes that the acquisition and use of HLT's supplier portfolio and logistics platform will strengthen its market position for PCB distribution in Europe and worldwide.
