Transition to the next generation

Transition to the next generation

The company Leutz Lötsysteme in Albershausen, Baden-Württemberg, has a new managing director. Ms. Nicole Leutz, daughter of company founder Claus Leutz, took over responsibility for the company at the turn of the year, where she had already worked from a young age and had been fully active since 2013. Mr. Andreas Bunke took over the technical management of the company.

Founded in 1986, the company, which originally produced simple soldering masks and later titanium carriers and titanium inserts, has continued to develop over the years and now offers a wide range of equipment for electronics production. In 2018, plant engineering was added to the portfolio, including rotary transfer machines for the hot caulking of PCBs in plastic housings.

The generational change is exemplary, as Claus Leutz will continue to be actively involved in the company for a planned period of three years. In addition to his advisory role, he will be heavily involved in development. With the transition to Nicole Leutz, the transfer of knowledge with the employees and the expansion of the production area to over 1,000 square meters, the company has paved the way for the future.
