Aluminum Fair 2022

Aluminum Fair 2022

Sustainability, additive and digital manufacturing, new mobility, future developments in building and construction: ALUMINIUM will not only provide numerous answers to the pressing questions of our time on the exhibitor side. It will also offer an extensive, highly exciting content program over the three days of the trade fair.

A highlight of ALUMINIUM 2022 on September 27 - 29, 2022 at the Düsseldorf Exhibition Centre will be the ALUMINIUM Conference by Aluminium Deutschland, which will be an integral part of the trade fair from this year onwards. Under the motto "Aluminum - the solution provider", the conference will move along the central focus topics of the trade fair: What opportunities does aluminum offer in terms of recycling and the circular economy? What opportunities are arising for the material in connection with the new mobility? What developments are in store for us in additive and digital manufacturing? What role will aluminum play as a material for the smart and environmentally friendly cities of the future?

The ALUMINIUM Conference will continue the approaches of the extremely successful ALUMINIUM Business Summit and bring experts, key players and, above all, customers from the aluminum industry to the stage in Hall 3 of the Düsseldorf exhibition grounds.

A stage for sustainability and recycling

Much has already been said about the outstanding properties of aluminum with regard to the circular economy - but not everything has been said yet. As part of the "Innovation Plaza Sustainability and Recycling", ALUMINIUM will offer a themed stage where some of the best experts on the subject will share their knowledge with visitors to the trade fair for three days.

Our exclusive partner is the CRU Group. The London-based business intelligence company offers, among other things, the most in-depth analysis in the aluminum sector. The partnership is the result of a long-standing relationship and offers indescribable added value to participants at the world's leading trade fair. The experts from the CRU Group will play a key role in shaping the "Sustainability Plaza" program in Hall 6.

Two partners for additive and digital manufacturing

What opportunities do additive and digital manufacturing offer? Which new technologies are in the starting blocks and which are already on the horizon? Organizer RX was able to attract two outstanding experts for the Speakers Corner of the "Innovation Plaza Additive & Digital Manufacturing" in Hall 5:

On the one hand, the Aachen Center for Additive Manufacturing (ACAM) on the campus of RWTH Aachen University. ACAM is one of the most important research and development centers for additive manufacturing and will contribute its extensive knowledge to ALUMINIUM 2022.

The second prominent partner is Quartz Business Media. The British trade media house, which publishes "Aluminium International Today", among other things, has had a close and friendly relationship with ALUMINIUM for years - now it has become a real partnership!
