B+T takes on trainees as skilled workers

Evelin Nagy Ragyogó, Lukas Petrowski, Philip Grobecker and Nico Kring have successfully completed their training in the various professions and are starting a new, exciting chapter in their lives as specialists at B+T.

The management, Astrid Georg, Edgar Kaufmann and above all Frank Benner, would like to expressly thank the graduates for their commitment during their training, as they took on responsibility in their respective areas at an early stage and managed projects largely independently. Training has presented a number of challenges in recent years: Homeschooling, distance learning, canceled school hours - flexibility and self-motivation were required. Evelyn Nagy Ragyogó proved her staying power with her 4-year training as a chemical laboratory assistant. At B+T Oberflächentechnik, she is responsible for the chemical control of bath quality in the various coating processes. Diligence and precision are the top priorities here, as well as a willingness to keep on learning. Lukas Petrowski shortened the training period and completed his training as a tool tester with a very good grade. In future, he will be responsible for the quality assurance of coated products in the physical laboratory and will support the production department in monitoring the hardening lines.

As an IT specialist for system integration, Philip Grobecker supports all digitization processes as well as the new and further development of individual software solutions in the B+T Group. The passionate programmer played a leading role in developing the software for the RF-200 CF Pro at B+T K-Alpha GmbH during his training. Nico Kring, IT specialist for application technology, discovered his passion for HTML programming during his training and, in addition to his sound technical know-how, he also contributes his creative potential to website development and the front end of various software applications. The future prospects for the newly trained specialists in the B+T group of companies are excellent, as digital networking in the production process was "put into their cradle" at the beginning of their training and their extended know-how will also be in great demand in the future. As a thank you, Frank Benner presented them with a little something: a notebook as a personal companion, in which dreams, ideas, thoughts and projects can be noted down, and a drinking bottle with the "Smile" branding, for cool or warm drinks and a good mood at work.
