The German Surface Technology Association (ZVO) is supporting its member companies in recruiting trainees with a series of postings for use on their social media channels.
Various rather imaginative motifs are now available to ZVO members for recruiting young talent and skilled workers on social media.
The postings can be used on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or XING. The background to this is the shortage of young talent and skilled workers in the industry. The files are available for members to download from the ZVO website. The pool includes a large number of postings in various formats such as simple images, slides, videos and animations. With this measure, the ZVO is continuing its training campaign of the last two years.
