Corode was founded in 1974 as a manufacturer of industrial plastic equipment and has been producing electroplating baths and filter pumps ever since. Even after 50 years, plastic pumps and filter systems are still the business area of the company based in Rijen, the Netherlands.
In 2017, KIN Pompentechniek Aktiengesellschaft took over the "Plastic Pumps and Filter Systems" business unit and the Corode brand name. The Corode pumps and filter systems are designed in-house and manufactured at the Rijen site. KIN Pompentechniek, which is part of the "Flow Technology" division of the Swedish Indutrade AB and employs a total of 35 people, is based there. The business activities of the trading company KIN Pompentechniek are based on the import of a number of renowned pump brands in the Benelux region.
Corode's main business is the manufacture of pumps and filter systems for the chemical, electroplating and wastewater treatment industries in Europe. The product range includes centrifugal pumps in various designs, dosing pumps, diaphragm pumps, submersible pumps, deep well pumps, pressure boosting systems, frequency converters, complete pump shafts (lifting systems) and much more. On the occasion of its 50th anniversary, Corode is looking to the future with confidence.
