DENIOS appoints Alexander Dolipski to the Management Board

The Supervisory Board of DENIOS AG has appointed Alexander Dolipski to the Executive Board with effect from February 1, 2021. As Chief Operating Officer (COO), he will be responsible for Technology and Production. In his new position on the Executive Board at DENIOS, Alexander Dolipski will be responsible for International Operations and Innovation.

The 51-year-old, internationally experienced manager studied mechanical engineering and has worked as a general manager and managing director in the automotive supply industry and in mechanical and plant engineering. He therefore has extensive experience in the processes relevant to DENIOS, such as metal processing and air conditioning technology, as well as in the standardization of processes and international production structures in the area of operations.

With the arrival of Alexander Dolipski as COO, DENIOS has completed the reorganization of the Executive Board responsibilities. In addition to company founder and CEO Helmut Dennig, Ricarda Fleer as CFO and Horst Rose as CSO are members of the DENIOS Executive Board.
