Organizing the ZVO-Oberflächentage(OT) in North Rhine-Westphalia has long been the wish of the organizing ZVO Service GmbH. This search has now been successfully concluded. Essen will be the additional venue for the annual congress in 2028. The exact date is September 27 to 29. The opening and welcome evening will take place at Messehaus Ost, while the congress program will be held at Messe Essen's Congress Centrum West.
Messe Essen is one of the top ten trade fair locations in Germany and attracts around 1.5 million visitors every year.
