With effect from June 1, 2021, Dipl.-Ing. Thomas Imenkämper will join the management of L&R Kältetechnik GmbH & Co KG in Sundern as Managing Director Sales.
Thomas Imenkämper studied physical engineering at what is now the South Westphalia University of Applied Sciences and began his career in 1991 as an assistant to the management in a refrigeration technology company. After a stint as sales manager at another manufacturer of industrial refrigeration systems, he worked as sales manager at L&R Kältetechnik GmbH & Co. KG from 2004 to 2018, where he was jointly responsible for the company's continuous strong growth.
After three years as Managing Director of a competitor, Thomas Imenkämper is now returning to L&R Kältetechnik and taking over responsibility for sales. This adds a fourth member to the L&R management team. Burkhard Rüßmann, founder and managing partner of L&R Kältetechnik: "Our management team is now complete. This knowledge is required for every single industrial refrigeration system that L&R plans and builds. This is because all systems are always individually planned for the respective application and adapted to the requirements.
