MacDermid Enthone Industrial Solutions has acquired the chemical manufacturer All-Star Chemical from Westerville, Ohio/USA. The aim is to integrate All-Star's range of chemicals for metal finishing into its own portfolio. "This addition will further strengthen our ongoing efforts to provide industry-leading surface finishing solutions and will also bring exceptional talent to our organization," said Glen Breault, Vice President North America at MacDermid Enthone Industrial Solutions.
