Maximum performance even in demanding environments - the new force sensor

Tension-compression force sensor for simple and reliable measurements.

HBK has developed the robust U10F force sensor, which, according to the manufacturer, delivers long-term stability and exceptionally precise measurement results even in harsh applications and difficult environments.

The sensor has flange connections on both sides and can therefore be easily installed without special tools. Compact dimensions and the availability of electronic data sheets (TEDS) make setting up measurements even easier.

The integrated sensor technology is protected from external influences such as dirt and moisture thanks to the hermetically sealed stainless steel housing. The fixed cable version of the U10F series meets the requirements of protection class IP68 - and has been tested for shock and vibration resistance as well as compliance with international EMC standards.

U10F force sensors are available with several different nominal forces, connector plugs or cable options so that they can be adapted to the respective measuring task. A double bridge version is also available, making the U10F the safe choice for classic test bench tasks as well as for production applications such as press monitoring or other measurement tasks in production.
