The ProGal control software from automation expert for electroplating DiTec GmbH has been available for industrial companies in the electroplating industry since 2010, offering intuitive operation, high reliability and adaptability.
The Heidelberg-based company claims that ProGal makes production more efficient and safer, both for complex process controls and for specific system requirements.
The current version of ProGal also includes a special software solution for fire protection with functions such as real-time monitoring of processes, automatic alarm systems and predictive maintenance planning as well as optimized management of false alarms. ProGal also includes efficient electrolyte management for the quality assurance of electroplating processes with a digital management system that monitors and analyzes all relevant electrolyte parameters in real time. This includes the automation of refilling processes, the optimization of maintenance cycles and the early detection of anomalies.
The switch to ProGal is carried out by DiTec experts, who analyze the existing systems and then develop and implement individual concepts for companies.
