K.-H. Müller Präzisionswerkzeuge GmbH is a globally active company that produces solid carbide precision tools for drilling, milling and countersinking with overwhelming success and an innovative product strategy.
In order to position itself more strongly in the future markets of electromobility, medical technology and aerospace and to keep pace with the changes in the automotive industry, Müller expanded its machinery at the end of 2023. Last year, one million euros was invested in two new grinding centers. The first was commissioned at the end of last year and the second followed in February 2024.
The first grinding machine, a Saacke UWID CNC grinding center, has a chain loading magazine with a capacity of 160 places for chaotic loading, a 12-position wheel changer, a generous tool changer and a NUM Flexium Plus CNC control system.
The second grinding center now active, a Walter Helitronic Vision 400L, has a pallet loader with robot loading system and an 8-position wheel changer.
By consistently investing in production at the company headquarters, the long-established company is further strengthening the competitiveness of the Sien site in the Rhineland-Palatinate district of Birkenfeld.
