3D-Pastendruckinspektion zur Prozesskontrolle und Optimierung im Schablonendruck

In der Aufbau- und Verbindungstechnik für elektronische Baugruppen kommt dem Schablonendruck von Lotpasten eine zentrale Stellung zu. Vor allem die stetig steigenden Anforderungen und die daraus resultierende Fehleranfälligkeit des Druckprozesses forcieren Entwicklungen zur Optimierung des Schablonendrucks. Einen erheblichen Beitrag leisten hierzu Pasteninspektionssysteme, welche eine dreidimensionale Vermessung und Prüfung der bedruckten Leiterplatte in einem angemessenen Zeitraum ermöglichen. Qualitätsmerkmale der bedruckten Leiterplatte wie transferiertes Pastenvolumen, bedruckte Fläche oder Druckversatz können erfasst und einer Auswertung zugeführt werden. Neben dem Einsatz der 3D-Pasteninspektion zur statistischen Prozesslenkung im Rahmen der Serienfertigung bietet die verfügbare Messtechnik auch die Möglichkeit, bestehende Schablonendruckprozesse zu analysieren und zu optimieren. // 
Solder paste stencil printing takes up a central position in electronics packaging of electronic devices. The continuous increase of requirements in particular, but also the resulting sensitivity for failures of the printing process call for an optimization of stencil printing. Thereto solder paste inspection systems make a great contribution as they enable a three-dimensional (3D) measurement and a check of the printed circuit board within a reasonable period of time. Attributes of the printed circuit board as transferred solder paste volume, printed area or offset may be collected and analyzed. Besides the field of application of 3D-paste inspection for statistical process control within serial production, the available measurement technology facilitates also the analysis and optimization of stencil printing pro- cesses.
