Mit IoT, KI und ‚Big Data‘ wird der Bedarf an funktioneller Elektronik gegenüber heute noch um ein Vielfaches steigen. Die ,gedruckte Elektronik‘ wird als eine Möglichkeit gesehen, mit bestehenden Drucktechniken auch elektronische Bauteile herstellen zu können. Hier ein Überblick über den aktuellen Stand und ein Ausblick – der Beitrag basiert auf einem Vortrag, den der Autor zum SGO-Leiterplattenseminar 2021 im vergangenen September beigetragen hatte.

Printed electronics‘ is seen as another way to manufacture electronic components – while using existing printing technologies. Here is an overview of the current status and an outlook – the article is based on a presentation the author contributed to the SGO PCB Seminar 2021 last September.
