Mazurczak GmbH is the full-service provider for heating, cooling and controlling aggressive liquids in the field of electroplating and surface technology. In addition to the well-known Rotkappe safety bath heaters with integrated anti-fire system, the company will also be presenting new Synotherm heat exchangers.
New metallic material stainless steel 1.4539
Fluoropolymer-coated heat exchanger for zinc-phosphatingIn order toopen up new applications, the range of heat exchanger materials has been extended to include stainless steel 1.4539. This material is particularly suitable for use inzinc-phosphatingapplications. The material is particularly suitable for use in solutions containing sulphuric acid (e.g. cooling of anodizing baths based on sulphuric acid), highly concentrated phosphoric acid and highly concentrated caustic soda.
Reduced maintenance of heat exchangers in zinc-phosphate coatings
Another new feature is the anti-adhesive fluoropolymer coating, which ensures excellent non-stick properties and enables homogeneous heat transfer when incrustations restrict the heat transfer capacity of heat exchangers. The cleaning of heat exchangers that heat zinc phosphate coatings is considerably simplified by the non-stick properties. The incrustation can be removed from the heat exchanger as a complete layer.
