Infineon Technologies hat ein neues Labor zur Entwicklung von Quantenelektronik in Oberhaching bei München eröffnet. Ziel ist es, mikroelektronische Schaltungen für Quantencomputer zu entwickeln und zu testen, die stabil, klein und zuverlässig arbeiten und im industriellen Maßstab hergestellt werden können.
