Hall-Effekt-Stromsensoren mit hoher Leistungsdichte

Die Minimierung thermischer Verluste ist das besondere Merkmal der Stromsensoren MLX91220 und MLX91221 von Melexis. Sie eignen sich für AC- und DC-Messungen mit einer analogen Schnittstelle. Beide sind isolierte integrierte Hall-Effekt-Stromsensoren für 0 bis 50 A und dualer Überstromdetektion (OCD, overcurrent detection). Diese Lösung bietet eine Symbiose aus kleiner SMD-Grundfläche, niedriger Impedanz, großer Bandbreite und Isolierung.
