The alphametall group and the 3River Metal Group enter into a strategic partnership. The cooperation begins with a significant stake in the Polish companies of the 3River Metal Group. The first visible sign is the joint construction of a new production facility and logistics center in Skarbimierz, Poland. In future, additional products for the automotive, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and construction sectors will be produced there.
The new facilities are being built with a particular focus on sustainability, securing supply chains and climate neutrality. The expansion of the existing photovoltaic systems will ensure that a significant proportion of the energy required for production is produced independently. Work has already begun on another production facility. Completion is scheduled for spring 2022. At the end of these investment measures, new production and storage capacities of around 4,500m2 will be available.
