The aim of Rheinfelden Alloys Consulting, which has now been established for this purpose, is to work with customers to perfectly match component geometry and processing methods to Rheinfelden alloys. The properties that components made of aluminum have to fulfill today are like squaring the circle: high strength, thin-walled, conductive, heat-conducting and more. Added to this are the production requirements for reliable processing with minimum cycle times and consistent top quality. Additional operations such as heat treatment or a straightening process should be avoided wherever possible.
