Das Herstellen von Leiterplatten und die Durchmetalllsierung von Löchern wird nur an wenigen Stellen (USA, Japan, BRD) auf dem rein chemischen Wege durchgeführt. Trotz kalkulatorischer Kostenvorteile wurden diese Verfahren großtechnisch nur an ein paar Stellen genutzt, da im Betrieb rund um die Uhr die Überwachung Probleme mit sich brachte. Geeignete Überwachungseinrichtungen fehlten. Diese Einrichtungen wurden von der Grundig AG in den Jahren 1970-1973 geschaffen und haben sich in diesen Zeiten im 3-Schichten-Einsatz bewährt. The production of printed circuits and the trough-metallising of holes is only carried out by the chemical method in a few places (USA, Japan, Germany). Despite calculated cost advantages, these methods have only been used on a large scale in one or two locations since continuous operation introduced control difficulties. Suitable control equipment was unavailable. Suitable apparatus was developed by Grundig AG in the years 1970-1983 and has proved satisfactory in 3-shift operation. The plants are described.
